What's Covered
• Visible indentations greater than 1 inch not caused by improper support
• Cracks or splits in the Airfiber® material under normal use
• Defective or broken zippers on the cover
• Mattress dimensions varying more than 2 inches from listed size
• Visible indentations greater than 1 inch not caused by improper support
• Physical cracks or material flaws in the Airfiber®
• Defective zippers or construction issues in the cover
What's Not Covered?
• Normal wear and tear, or expected softening over time
• Comfort preferences (too firm, too soft, etc.)
• Damage from stains, cuts, burns, or misuse
• Products used with an improper foundation or frame
• Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or marked “as-is”
• Commercial or non-residential use
• Use or shipping outside the contiguous U.S.
• Damage from environmental factors (e.g., fire, flood, heat exposure)
FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM
1. Email support@airweave.us with:
• Order number and purchase date
• Description of the issue
• Photos of:
• The defect
• Mattress on and off the bed frame
• Front and back of the product tag showing Lot Number
2. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of noticing the issue and within the warranty period.
3. If approved, the product must be returned within 30 days. Returned items will not be sent back.
• Approved claims may result in a repair, replacement, or store credit (based on product condition and age).
• Shipping costs are covered on first-time claims. For subsequent claims, you are responsible for shipping.
You may apply your store credit toward a different Airweave model. If you upgrade:
• You pay the price difference
• A new warranty applies to the replacement
If you do not upgrade, the replacement continues under the original warranty period
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AIRWEAVE DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, EXPENSES, INCONVENIENCES, AND SPECIAL, INDIRECT, SECONDARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING IN ANY MANNER FROM THE PRODUCT. THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN PLACE OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating in any way to relating to this Limited Warranty hall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. At airweave’s sole election, all disputes must be brought in arbitration in New York City, New York before three (3) arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitrators shall be selected by application of the rules of the AAA, or by mutual agreement of the parties, except that such arbitrators shall be an attorney admitted to practice law New York. You and airweave agree that no Arbitrator has authority to award relief in excess of what this agreement provides, award punitive damages or other damages not measured by the prevailing party’s actual damages, or order consolidation or class arbitration.
